The conference will be held from 12 to 13 March 2009 at Exbud Skanska Business Centre S.A.,
25-323 Kielce; 34, Solidarności street
On 13th March 2009 at Kielce Fair Place there will be held the International Trade of Agricultural Engineering “AGROTECH”.
It is expected that the Conference participants will visit this event. |

| Technical and economics aspects of sustainable agriculture including: |
| - technical infrastructure of rural areas and farms; |
| - monitoring and reduction of pollution from agricultural sources; |
| - dissemination of new technologies for sustainable agriculture and its environmental effect; |
| - organic and integrated agriculture; |
| - methods of modeling, analysis and evaluation of systems for sustainable agriculture; |
| - plant protection methods in sustainable agriculture (included organic and integrated agriculture); |
| - environmental impact of intensive animal and plant production. |

| Registration requirements: |
| Submit the registration form to the Conference Secretary’s Office. |
| § The research results are to be presented in the form of reports or posters |
| § Scientific Committee will accept the reports on the base of the supplied abstracts |
| § All reports will be published in the scientific journal „Problemy Inżynierii Rolniczej” („Agricultural Engineering Issues”)
after they are accepted by the reviewers and after adaptation to the journal requirements, and after the registration fee is prepaid |
| § Registration fee amounts to 800 PLN + VAT. The fee covers accommodation (2 nights), meals, hiring of session halls,
conference service (including the report publishing cost) |
| § In case of passive attendance (without speech) the registration fee amounts to 600 PLN+VAT. |

| 15.01.2009 r. submit the registration form together with the report abstract (maximum one A4 page)- please note if it is to be a speech or a poster |
